A traditional Northwest coast Native artist, David Neel carves masks, canoes and totem poles according to the traditions of his Indigenous ancestors. He is a member of the Kwakiutl First Nation (also known as the Kwakwak’awakw). A multi-media artist, David come from a long lineage of traditional First Nations artists, including Ellen Neel, Mungo Martin and Charlie James.
